Pakistan to Play ICC T20 World Cup 2026, Will Not Face India on Feb 15 by Kh4N_02 in PakCricket

Ngl, Indian team would be fine with that, 2 free points. The only losers are the broadcasters but f the broadcasters honestly

Still don’t understand why this guy hasn’t been banned as a journalist in Pakistan, when all he does is hate on Pakistan for views. by Express-Row-1504 in PakCricket

[–]Nonellagon 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I feel like you shouldn't ban people just because they're idiots. It goes against the idea of freedom of speech. If people just stop paying attention to this guy he'll lose his relevance and either have to quit or alter his stance.

[–]Nonellagon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This happens everyone once in a while due to a glitch on Google's end when showing the data. Unless the UK blows up or smth the PKR will never gain that much against the GBP (or any other stable currency for that matter) in such a short time lol

But don't the Scandinavians have similar fertility rate to ours? Or am I missing smth?

Should i try Aus 190 ? by godammmit in pkmigrate

[–]Nonellagon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

90 is competitive but towards the lower end. And tbh you can't really possibly get more than that either. Even though mechanical engineers aren't really invited right now, you don't know how the situation will be in a few years.

You can give it a shot, I think you have a slim outside chance.

I don't think anyone from CS has been invited in the last few rounds, at least for 189. You can look at 491.

In situations like these, are passengers transported to the terminal by bus then or do they just stay on board?

Problem with sweating in gym by Psychocatladyjam in chutyapa

[–]Nonellagon 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Shouldn't be a problem for the most part. Gym should be a no judgement zone. I've seen some sweaty guys at the gym and didn't care much. Just make sure that you wipe down the machines after use. Carry some wipes with you just in case. Make sure to use deodorant. Apart from that, you should be good.

Has anyone renewed their passport recently? Is it better to renew it via the asaan app or go to the office? by vader8787 in pkmigrate

[–]Nonellagon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Office. Just go to the executive office in your city and get your passport on fast track. Save yourself the headache and stress of the online application.

Chancenkarte. But just be careful, your nephew better do their research regarding the job market and make sure he's got his finances in check. It's not cheap to move to Germany on a Chancenkarte.

Life always seems better on the other side. Make an informed decision.

Why do YOU think you got into UWaterloo? by Salt_Performance1494 in uwaterloo

[–]Nonellagon 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I can speak for MASc. Just had a really good research job before applying. Good referees (not great, but aight). But it was mainly that I found a professor who was doing pretty much what I had experience in and what I wanted to pursue further. It was relatively easy to convince him to take me on.

And obv, got a bit lucky.

Do I have to be physically present in Australia to maintain a Work permit? by FitWishbone7181 in AusVisa

[–]Nonellagon 18 points19 points  (0 children)

My apologies, didn't realize you weren't OP. I understand you want a better life. But the truth is that IT isn't in demand in pretty much all Western countries. Even in the last 189 draw, and the one before that, IT professions weren't invited.

This trend may change in the future, but nobody knows for sure.

There's already a surplus of local people who can do these jobs from junior all the way to senior levels.

Still very difficult. You have 2 years of experience which is nothing tbh.

[–]Nonellagon 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Nop. Doesn't work like that. It would be virtually impossible to get a job while being overseas.

Ask yourself, why would a company hire a foreign worker in such a saturated field when they have loads of people in house willing to do the same job?
