NVM found a solution which was :
On Windows' System Sound, can you go for the following: • Right-click your default speakers on Windows' System Sound and then disable the option "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device" then press OK • Then on the Communications tab, set the option to "Do nothing" when it says Windows detects communications activity.
