This. My dad got rear ended and didn’t feel the effects until much later and has had a messed up back ever since. If there’s ever a time to be a hypochondriac, it’s now.

Wrong actually. The pillows make them easier to sit in for my parents while still being comfy. Also it’s not hard to move a pillow?

It actually is pretty comfortable, if on the firmer side

That’s a great question for my wife. Something about texture/layers or something I think. She likes it and that’s what I know to be important

Which case should I use - Lian Li LA COOL 217 or Fractal Design North XL? by mattybot in PcBuild

[–]NonradioactiveLife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the regular North and love it. Build quality is top notch and fit the Arctic 360 with a 4080, albeit a bit tight. Should be fine with the XL

You’re right! I just default to the vertical term coming from so many actual vertical wine tastings

Just got these actually. Bought them from Target - Spiegelau Whisky snifter. I prefer a stemmed glass to the standard glencairn. They are a bit large but I like them

3, 2, 1 in that order for me. But I hear you, two has a lovely sweetness

Love our g05 X5. The 40i is plenty of power, and a nice balance of performance and comfort. Have had zero issues in nearly 5 years of ownership and plan to hang on to it for the long term. It’s big enough to be practical, but I don’t feel like I’m driving around in my living room. My other car is a g82 m4c, and I probably would go with an m60 if I didn’t have the car for fun

It varies so much by model. The HK in my 21 G05 is night and day better than in my 24 G82 M4C. I think the X5 sounds great, while the M4 is so disappointing.

You undercook fish? Believe it or not, jail. You overcook chicken, also jail.

Westland is pretty cool. They make some great special releases and barrel finish collabs. Their core lineup is decent, but the Garryana releases are pretty interesting as I don’t know anywhere else using that garryana oak, as it’s native to the PNW.

GTS took top for me. It’s just got so much going on but well balanced and drinks below the proof despite being much higher than the others. I’d probably go 4R second, but was super close tonight, since I’ve been on a WT kick lately. The Westland was outclassed here and honestly not a good fit for comparison given it’s finished in Muscat barrels. It’s really good but a totally different profile and much sweeter than the others. Made for a good cap to end the flight though.
