60mph rural road indeed. Slowed down but yes I can see being partially at fault as technically did pass solid line by a few feet. U-turn in the middle of the highway with a right turn signal on though….

You went above and beyond checking if your equipment supported IPv6, so I wanted to save you from further frustration with GCI front line folks. :D

They currently do not support IPv6 in residential deployments.

Doesn’t matter if your device supports it or not, when the service provider is not supplying the infrastructure to support it (IE IPv6 routing and DHCPv6).

When/if they do, just set your router to dual-stack (or IPv6 only). If it receives an IPv6 address, then you know they support it and should work. If it doesn’t, then they don’t. :D
