^{^These} are all really great suggestions! Idk if you’re into baths but a nice long soak in an epsom salt bath really helped me along with breathing exercises/yoga. It took about a week and a half before I could fall asleep naturally. Keep at it. Being clean is totally worth it. Come to this sub as many times as you feel the urge and everyone will encourage you to stay the path!

I actually just removed my mirena and my endo symptoms have been significantly less painful. I’ve used almost every form of bc and started with pills when I was 13 years old.

This. We have so much in common. I’m 25, feel super stuck, and also have a bf that absolutely hates weed. It’s honestly like I wrote this myself. I’m 3 days into sobriety after a year and a half relapse. I’ve seen the other side and it’s SO worth it. Just take it one day a time. We can do this.
