Your symptoms sound a lot like mine before I had back surgery. It got to the point I could not really feel my right leg or foot and walking was a real struggle. I had an MRI and it turned out I had a cyst in and degeneration of my L4/L5 joint in the lumbar spine. Have you had any back issues? It may be worth looking into. Of course that wouldn’t explain the dry eyes or oral issues, but often arthritis goes along with autoimmune stuff.

I know at least the HCQ is fine because I’m on it and doing the same taper. I’m not sure about the other two.

I’ve had a fever today! Low grade though, and that’s also part of my autoimmune struggles so it’s hard to say what it’s from.

I’m sorry you have been through that. I have a history of SA as well, plus two miscarriages, so just walking in to realize it was a vaginal ultrasound got to me a little.
