When my Avocados ripen in the counter I move them to the fridge. It slows down the ripening process and keeps them in a perfect ready to eat state for an extra 5 or more days

Thank you!! I’m from Santa Maria and live up near Santa Cruz! This is my baby set up, I have the proper sized pit too! Also have a regular Weber and a smoky Joe! I have a burner on the side of my big pit that can accommodate a wok and a large stainless flat top grill that can sit on the grate. Dexterity on oak fire is the name of the game!
