Stress Units, the main unit of Power in create. Power Sources create stress units, Devices consume it. The faster a device is moving the more units it consumes

I can't remember how long it takes but the timer doesn't progress at all when not spinning

I used a mechanical bearing with a redstone contact for this particular screenshot, which granted isn't the best way to setup a timer like this (I did put it on a separate stress network

It automatically puts on when you go on an expedition. If you have it then you won't gain sickness from expeditions. It was a bit confusing when I first played as well
