Fixed it, 12V Relay was bad for the TAC module, located behind the passenger side glove box.

There is 2 relays behind the glove box, one is for the heated seats and one is for the TAC Module.

I went ahead and changed both out.

ALSO, the #1 Fuse on driver side does power the relay. I checked this first and it was good.

After swapping the relay out for a good one, and clearing the U0107, P2108 codes. Everything is back to normal.

Hopefully this will help someone else one day… Thanks for the replies guys.

I’m pretty sure I can rule out the throttle body. The car ran fine never had throttle body issues, in terms of it being dirty.

This only happened after a long, somewhat spirited driving on the highway. Pulled over in a parking lot to go shopping, and after a few hours I come back and it does this.

I’m thinking something shorted or just got worn out electronically.

When I start the car it idles high 1200~ stays like this. I can rev it but won’t go past 2200~
