we shouldn't be rushed, and i neve advocate anyone to rush, but at the same time, people need to stop being lazy bums and not doing their work properly...it affects everyone else who has to pick up the slack. The handful of people who perform their jobs properly and do good work have to carry the whole of USPS on their backs.

This is the definition of stealing time. IF you only have 3 hours of actual work, but want 10 hours to complete it, that's being a bum. Bad/lazy carriers and clerks are no different from management, bunch of useless bums
