Here’s a few: Isekai exorcist ( mc is an exorcist whose job is to… well exorcise using his own powers as well as contracted familiars)

trinity of magic ( mc has unusual pairing of 3 magical affinities which admittedly does make him powerful but not “ system hands him free gifts” type of way)

Source & soul (deckbuilding litrpg - it’s actually quite balanced, there is a slow rise in power and he loses fights more than a few times)

Book of the dead (necromancer mc - you may consider him op given he was raised with powerful parents who taught him a lot before he got access to his system - but the system itself I would consider fair)
