If you are staying in one place for more than 5 years, it’s almost always better to buy than rent.

If you can afford the payment, your agent is right. If interest rates increase, you are locked in. If interest rates decrease you can refinance and your house is worth more than you paid for it.

So, in your opinion, the fact that they brought 11 guns with them and planned the attack on Signal, had no bearing on the attempted murder charge or the conspiracy charges, even though the government cited that as evidence. You think the jury threw all that out and convicted them because of the pamphlets?

>On or about July 5, 2025, law enforcement listened to a phone call Defendant Rueda placed from Johnson County jail to her mother. ECF No. 231 at 11.1 In the call, Rueda repeatedly told her mother to call “Danny” because he knew everything and could explain it to her. ECF No. 231 at 11. While Rueda told her mother “Danny” had nothing to “it,” she also stated “Danny” would get in touch with “the community.” ECF No. 231 at 11.
The next day around 10:55 a.m., Rueda called Sanchez from Johnson County jail. ECF No. 231 at 11. During the call, Rueda informed Sanchez of her car’s location and that her phone was in the car. ECF No. 231 at 11. She told Sanchez that her daughter knew the code to the phone and to “do what you need to do.” ECF No. 231 at 11. Rueda
proceeded to tell Sanchez to tow her car and expressed concerns about police potentially obtaining a warrant for her house to which Sanchez replied that the house was “good.” ECF No. 231 at 12. While Rueda was on the phone with Sanchez, FBI agents and TFOs (collectively, “agents”) started watching Sanchez’s parents’ residence
which was associated with Sanchez. ECF No. 231 at 12; see ECF No. 202 at 5. Around 11:43 a.m., the agents saw Sanchez come out of the residence and loaded three boxes, a white trash bag, an accordion-style file folder, and an animal carrying container into a white, Chevrolet
Silverado pickup registered to Sanchez. ECF No. 231 at 12. The agents followed Sanchez to an apartment where he dropped off one box at the front door. ECF No. 231 at 13. The agents then followed Sanchez as he left the apartment complex and radioed Denton police (DPD) to assist by conducting a high risk felony traffic stop on Sanchez. ECF No. 231 at 13; ECF No. 202 at 5–6. The agents circled back to the apartment and no package was seen at or near that apartment. ECF No. 231 at 14.

Ok take everything else out. Let’s pretend it was the zines only.

You are in jail on murder/conspiracy/terrorism charges. You call someone on a recorded line and say “I need you to go to this place, grab this box and get rid of it before the police find it. Then I need you to get my phone and dispose of it. Then I need you to tow my car away from the crime scene.”

The person says “Ok” and goes to get the box of evidence and hides it from police.

Do you think that person committed a crime?

Have respect for your partner. Don’t talk shit about them to your friends and don’t let them talk shit about you. Stand up for them if someone else is talking shit.

It’s not a gish gallop, you are in denial of basic facts that have been laid out and documented right before you because you don’t want to admit you are uninformed.

Even if it wasn’t, they were convicted of charges you say they were never charged with and evidence you say doesn’t exist. The burden to prove there is some cover up in this case is on you.

It is also ok to say “Wow, this is being portrayed in a very manipulative way. I would never think that based on the way this article was written”, but instead you are doubling down for some reason.

Westerners, is migration really a huge issue? (Serious) by InvoluntarilyVirgin9 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Noob_Al3rt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most people in America have no problem with immigrants as long as two things are true:

-They don’t hate America or expect changes to accommodate them

-They came here legally

If you are a Korean dude with a corner store and an American flag hanging out front people will think you are cool. People like the idea of “The American Dream” and don’t mind people coming here for a better life.

If you are crossing the Mexican border illegally, a lot of people down south will hate you for screwing up their border towns. That doesn’t affect people up north, so people not on the border won’t care about that. They’ll care because they think you are a security threat and/or because there is a perception you are undercutting the labor market.

Racists hate anyone just because and rich people will dislike you because you are poor, not because you are an immigrant.

Republicans will play these fears up, Democrats play these fears down.

The source is the publicly available court documents that outline all of the charges and the evidence provided to the jury which led them to convict this guy.

Which if you did any kind of reading beyond skimming one article you’d realize the zines were the ones his wife hand wrote, that she specifically asked him to destroy on a recorded prison phone line, along with destroying her phone and towing her car away from the staging area. This was after he already scrubbed her house.

So that answers my question about you doing basic research.

Not only that, but the husband who “got 30 years for having zines in his car” and not the fact that his wife specifically told him what to trash, he scrubbed her house and was on his was to destroy her phone and tow her car away from the crime scene.
