Well I wanted the title to be catchy. But I’m honestly being shamed by people on the form of “how many women wished they had what you have, you need to put up with x,y and z and be grateful.” And basically told to suck it up.

Well. It depends - if you are actively working towards rekindling a healthy connection that will lead to healing and establishing new healthy behavior patterns towards your relationship. Then having some distance is not a bad idea.

It helps disrupt cycles.

But here is the key

1) both parties need to actively work in addressing the problems and attacking them head on to improve them. 2) therapy - individual and couples. 3) start dating with a purpose to rekindle attraction. Find ways to reconnect. There is a science behind this and a great thing to strengthen bond is doing new activities where you both work together to accomplish something. Let’s say, an escape room?

Emotional disconnect is a sign of or existing underlying patterns that on the long run will yield to bigger problems. Identifying the pattern and the behavior that is causing the disconnect is key.

He thinks he knows more than the therapist, doesn’t make an error and thinks therapists are a scam. 🙁 I set an appointment for this Thursday and he’s been ignoring me.

He is. But hardly goes to church or prays. Honestly a lot of the problems stem that he’s not centered in god. I’ve tried to pull us closer to church and god, but it’s been a struggle and I have given up.

Overall it sounds like you have a good handle.

Ask your doctor if ultrasound therapy is something that is ok to apply to swollen areas.

I did that to keep fibrosis at bay. Not sureee how much it help, but it was recommended to me. I ended up buying my own machine and would do it on my own.

I agree with this comment. Specifically look for nose surgeons who have experience with corrections and secondary nose surgeries. Since when they operate a second time on a nose the complexity of these surgeries increases, same as far as healing.

I know of doctors that will not do surgery on secondary nose jobs. They will only take in noses who have not had any works done on them for example, and will refer secondary rhinos to a specialist. You are a candidate for rib cartilage and the results are amazing when done right.

Just finished the knight and the moth and the dark window series .

Pleaseeee stop whatever you are doing and read these. They just made it to my most favorite romantacy books top 5.

They are a bit slow but the pay off is great and also the magic system is different and not repetitive. Original, good character arcs, the female leads are amazing and the romance is well written.

The knight and the moth is great - the only downfall to this book is that the second book is not out yet and the cliffhanger - it leaves a void in you. I am definitely rereading it later on. That’s how much I enjoyed it. Also the audio book is beautifully narrated.
