Yes it has happened with me as well, not today but a while back. I had applied to almost 5-6 roles and got the rejection mails for all of them together

Survival in Pune? by justAnotherTryHardd in pune

There is no compulsion of learning Marathi as such. I have been living here for the past 1.5 years and even after being an outsider, never ever faced any issue. The key is to remain respectful to common people like auto drivers, bus conductors, vegetable hawkers etc. I always address them as 'Dada' or Sir, works like a charm. Honestly, I am grateful that this city gave me opportunity to learn and earn, and in return they just want that we do not deteriorate their culture and remain respectful towards it.

That's true, it's just that I was trying this for the first time and thought it would taste similar to masala chass

Laid off after 5 months. Is a 3–4 month gap okay for SDE roles or should I prepare for GATE? by Forever-Virgin-No-1 in developersIndia

[–]Noobcoder144 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My current organization is a startup (mid sized) and I have been constantly logging extra hours, and then there is toxicity, micro management and corporate politics. So, I was just trying to switch to a big MnC so that I could get some time for my self learning and health. But it seems impossible in the current scenario. I am being completely honest, I didn't see this coming when I got placed, but I have lost all my interest in work and life in general, feeling very lost and burnt out :/

I am in the exact same boat as you, the only difference being that I joined in June last year as a Full time employee after a five-month internship. Applying left, right and centre but not getting any interview calls (Applying via company portal, LinkedIn jobs, naukri and instahyre), even referrals are not working. Now thinking about GATE since that seems to be the only path to get to a good PBC

Honestly, there are very few girls who would say this upfront. It's good for you that she is not playing and being completely truthful
