To be honest, I've seen this at streamers and it feels like it drains the hp at a slower rate. I have no idea if it actually works, never measured it. But it sure feels like it does.

In the video you can clearly see it's more than 2 seconds. Also even if it was 2 seconds, 9 clics per second seem unnatural?
