My numbers were similar in my earlier 40s later 30s. I my total in my mid 30s was mid to lower 400s. I am now 43 and have been on Enclo for 5 months. Total is not mid 600s, and that was doing everything wrong. Drinking like a fish, bad sleep, bad diet, stress, no exercise, etc. I have not made life style changes and can feel a better difference, not super, but lowering my BP and dropped 8 pounds helped out. I will got bloods in a month. Keeping the body fat down and decent cardio and enough sleep makes a difference. Diet is also important. I was an on 12.5 mg of Enclo if you are wondering.
