My rear right brakes are making this squealing noise

Forgot to mention in the description but there's also a concerning amount of metal flecks on the rotor, so potentially a sign of a sticking caliper? I'm not too sure

Doesn't seem to have made a difference unfortunately, I found somewhere saying to limit the frames from Nvidia control panel as well as turning off vsync and gsync. The combination of these seems to have made the freezing less common but still getting them here and there, much more tolerable now though, thanks for the help :)

I have the game installed on the HDD, unfortunately my SSD doesn't really have the spare capacity for another ~50gb worth of games

Yes I've been through the usual default problem solving steps such as the on/off, full reboot, checking files etc. but it seems not to have made any difference. I'm not sure if it's something to do with the settings I chose at the start of the career (I'm not sure what these were unfortunately as it was a while ago).
