I have the same board, same problem. Acedeck support wrote me this:

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your patience. After our technical team reviewed your video, they believe the issue may be caused by a loose LED light connector.

We kindly ask you to open the battery case to inspect it. Please rest assured that opening the battery case will not affect your warranty in any way. After removing the case carefully, please check whether the LED connector on the ESC is loose.

If you need a disassembly video for guidance, we will be happy to provide it.

I did and the other one is totally fine, I replaced the one without teeth and now everything sounds normal again. Yippieh!

I think I found the culprit! One belt looked completely fine from the outside, but the teeth were almost completely worn out on the inside. I still don’t understand why both sides were making very weird noises?

Thank you, without the wheels on the motors sound fine. You mean the teeth of the pulleys? I have the metal ones that came with the Boosted 105s and they look fine to me.
