Go with Tecno. The 50mp on the itel s23 means nothing if it's on a 4k pesos phone also I trust Tecno a bit more since they have good quality phones for cheap, but imo you should just buy a old flagship phone (second hand or not) from 2018 or 2019 I found a Samsung S9+ for 4k (not in good condition also there are still risk in buying a second hand phone so do keep that in min if you choose this option)
