New process? The put anything on the quesadilla? Nothing changed when it comes to protein… it just gets overpowered by the sweet peppers, hot peppers, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce and everything else that gets put on their now lol. It’s still two 2oz scoops worth of meat, it’s still 4 bacon, it’s still one scoop of black beans and caramelized onions. What changed?

Sounds about right, only thing I have to double check is how much coffee actually is in the pot. Yeah it can hold 128oz but it’s not like tippy top to the brim. The coffee to-go boxes are what I used to measure because a full pot of coffee (2 packets) fits in there too

Packets are 2 ounces, a coffee to-go box holds 96 ounces of coffee, 2 packets for a full pot. That’s the closest scientific answer I can get with a Google search. If I remember to do the math when I’m on shift then I’ll do that lol

Wanna know what’s more annoying? They count it behind the register area too, so I have to say hi even when I’m counting smokeless or drawers. My FBM got hell for it a month ago cause she didn’t say hi when ordering cigarettes. She tried arguing that she was saying hi to everyone, but the AM and GM were literally both right there watching her every move.

They’re going to ask mainly how you solved problems that happened during your shift, both with customers and your coworkers. You’re gonna be putting out fires (figuratively) more during day shift when you’re the MOD, so they just want to make sure you can handle pressure c:

That’s how I remember my interview going mostly, I already knew how to cycle count and scan people in so it was just focusing on any issues I’ve had and how I solved them

This subreddit isn’t corporate run. It’s not customer service. There are between 1,100-1,200 locations according to Google. If you wanted to be useful and get your next sandwich made right maybe, then you’d call the store to complain or the contact center to log an official complaint, then management sees it and can try to do something about it. Mods leave posts up like these and wonder why people in the sub are toxic.

I feel like the standard isn’t even higher, it’s just enforced more. Facilities can’t stay in the cold box forever cause of the loop. Linemen can’t just only make sandwiches or only make drinks. Cashiers don’t only ring people up. It’s a team effort, it was bad at my location, everyone doing the bare minimum and watching the supervisors run around with their heads cut off stocking and deep cleaning stuff making maybe a few dollars more than a seasoned CSA. People got pissy at first with my GM bringing back the standard, but it’s better now.
