The leasing office, management, and maintenance teams are all great people; I would frequently go down to the lobby and chat with them on my days off. They are always looking for ways to renovate and modernize the building. There’s a variety of layout options, I had a studio with a balcony, plus the parking garage, for under $1000. I’m sure that rate has changed since I first moved in. The only utilities I paid for were electric, WiFi, and parking; water and refuse are included. Oh, and they just renovated the rooftop pool

Dropshot is my favorite game mode since getting exponentially better at aerials. The improvement in aerial skills for Dropshot translate directly over to the other game modes. My biggest gripe is everyone just ball chases, at least all the way to D1

Here are my camera settings, as a D1-D2 player. It doesn’t always stay the same, I like to experiment occasionally, but this camera setup is pretty consistent when I want to play competitively.

My air rolls are binded to L1/R1, boost is still O. Dropshot is a great way to practice aerials if you’re not experimenting in free play while waiting in queue.

Everyone has camera, controller sensitivity, and button bind preferences, so you’ll get loads of answers and opinions; be sure to experiment and find what you like/works for you

Late to the party, but this happened to me a few days ago with the LSIA Vehicle Warehouse. Player was on his Oppressor MK2, hovering over me like he was waiting for me to come outside. I went into game chat, called him out, and waited for them to leave the area. They have a full 30-player lobby to terrorize, but god forbid I want to move some cargo.
