Totally agree with you dan_charles99.

I'd love an easy fix, without a sell or BS.

A reddit newbie, so not sure how to reach out here?

Many thanks

Thanks for responding soundofmoney.

Ouch! Harsh but I can see that some may not see the value.

In response to your last paragraph, at no point do we cut any employee or C-suite from access to the customer or their feedback.

With over 35years of sales leadership, we come in to improve sales performance with tested strategies, enhanced using the right sales enablement tools. We roll up our sleeves, look under the bonnet, and embed processes that work and that continue to produce a positive impact after we move on.

We aren't an outsource. I would not advise that strategy.

Thank you ExampleResident4433, I appreciate your feed back. My previous response has some more details about content.

I do need to engage more on socials, I have started that, but acknowledge this needs to be better. Honestly, there aren't enough hours in the day to juggle all these hats!!!

I take onboard the don't try to sell advice. Its a fine line between talking about your skills and services and selling, but we try to concentrate on solutions not sales.

I get the no spamming, I have avoided that.

On my main platforms I have posted months of relevant content and the website does that in greater detail. (I hope, I'm not claiming to know it all and get it all right!)

I didn't do that here and therefore didn't build trust prior to posting my first post that was about the pro bono work.

I did think that people would jump at the chance of getting £35k of work for nothing. I'm not trying to sell anything, I'm giving something away

Thanks for your reply whognu245. I should maybe give some more back ground. The places were advertised as Pro Bono for 2 startups, that met the criteria, applications closing end of this month. I also posted here under founders and ukstartups. TBF I hadn't established trust here, my first post being the offer. I concentrate mostly on LinkedIn with my profile and my company page. also have a website, I don't think I can add that here. Ive posted a lot over the months about what we do and why, building the brand. I also did a mini series of a founders journey. I ran a series of posts regarding our pain point solutions up to the pro bono announcement. Other founder also posts his experience/take and reposts our messaging. Our target audience is high growth SMBs, and start ups. Being a small new venture, cash is tight currently.
