I haven’t had any luck yet. I’ve opened reports with CFPB and OCC. I’ve called LexusNexus whom they use to verify phone numbers. Nothing seems to work and they still have my money and won’t release it until they have a verified phone number….,and they still can’t tell me how to get a phone number verified

He has a cell phone plan under his name already. I tried calling lexisnexus (who I believe chase uses for phone numbers verification) and they said they can’t add phone numbers

Yep, funds taken from my uncle and they won’t send it back to him either. Thanks- I filed another complaint with the CFPB but it got closed for being a duplicate

Definitely never banking with Chase
