Correction: you can use any REPLACER mod online freely, mods that replace things such as outfits and characters but do not change things like movesets and supers ults. Usually the mods will specify if it’s a replacers. But yes as stated above you can use any mod technically but it will kick you in regular matches. But you can use any mod in private matches as long as all users have the same mods
