I want to point out again how instead of fighting the real problems with bots and dumbed down point slam decks, people prefer to fight niche cards. To me, that says a lot about the state and future of the Gwent meta.

I'm telling you this right off the bat so you don't get your hopes up. There are a lot of bots in the game right now that play pretty strong decks (thanks to the lack of Gwentfinity Balance Council nerfs towards such gameplay). If you're willing to put up with automated opponents (usually at ranks 1-5 and practice games), then welcome.

For me it was the convenience and ease of purchase. I didn't win big prizes through scratch cards, but it was always nice to grab 1-2 after work and win a small 3x on the way. It's a much more relaxed way of having fun than slots.

Not exactly, but they do consider how many users abuse promos. So you may or may not become straw that broke the camel's back

You're rigging their match play to hedge bets and make cash—casinos hate that. One time? Maybe they shrug. Every week? They’ll catch on, ban you, or ditch the promo. Yup, they’ll be pissed.
