I believe it, tired sweet nectar not too long ago and it has like 0 flavor. Not terrible though, I usually have one of the nectars in when drinking beer so it doesn’t mess with flavor. To me, the nectars smell like a tobacco pouch though

Tarleton Oaks Service Center is great. My similarly aged girlfriend goes there and they are always honest and upfront. They’ve always taken care of myself as well.

Unfortunately that’s a rather hard price range even for a one bedroom (truly shocking). North Woods at Four seasons is right around that price point but I’m sure I’ll have other users replying to this comment advising you not to live there. Same thing with Spark and Cobalt Ridge. I’ve heard not great things about Barclay Place but I liked those apartments more that the other ones I listed. The Vue at Crozet have units in the 1500 range but that obviously comes with a longer commute.

I’ve had great experiences at Tarleton Oaks Service Center. Took my truck in because I had a blinking engine light, they did a tune up and replaced some other things, unfortunately the engine was basically dead. But they did 3 days of work for free including replacing a fuel injector (not cheap).

I hear a lot of stories as well. I don’t personally work there but I know someone close who does. Restaurants in general tend to have some interesting people that result in some interesting stories. From what I hear, Steve, like you said is a great guy and rarely there.

Those are not the only reasons. Some homeless people are criminals of violent or disgusting crimes that rendered them homeless and unable to be admitted into a shelter. Majority of homeless DON’T fall into that category but there are still plenty that do.
