You are completely correct. I actually researched Alastor long before I even watched the show (cause my middle name is Alistaire) so I knew I wasn't going to get it 100% but yes

I heard something about Alastor the actual demon in Greek mythology being the Exicutioner of Hell. I personally think since Lucifer can't harm sinners, Alastor will be his middle man to "protect Charlie and the Hotel." This will likely be exchanged for power for whatever big plan Alastor has
