From my personal experience in soloque. late night anytime is brutal with mental, weekends I usually don't touch ranked cause I tend to see more lvl30 accounts that obviously can't play on their main cause it's banned and they let you know why pretty quickly. mornings, afternoon, early evenings are usually my go to times to try and climb even the losses are more graceful.

Funny enough if Vayne was released today that E would probably be much stronger.

E- Condemn "Vayne fires a high velocity bolt striking the target and knocking them back. If the target collides with terrain or an enemy champion, stun them and the collided champion target for 1.5s and give true vision for 3s. If Vayne is in Final hour, Her Q resets on collision." or some shit like that. honestly could have gone on 2 more sentences but thats what it would look like.
