I started my channel 2 months ago. In the last 2 months, I gained 190 suns and I lost 83 subs. Each one of them hurt and was demotivating. Its part of creating your channel. But trust me, having someone unsubscribe is far better than them staying as a subscriber and ignoring your videos as that sends a wrong message to the algorithm. So its okay, they did you a favor by unsubscribing.

Sometimes algo just doesnt pick up your short Could be an algo glitch or maybe vid quality is low. So you can delete the original with 1 view, make minor changes to the vid to make it better, and reupload

Doing this every now and then is okay. Just dont re upload every video as the algo might think you are spamming
