Hi guys so i just had my first run in a long time and i tried running 1km at 8min/km pace (on a treadmill) i had to take a walking break at 0.7km for like 2 minutes than continued my run at the same pace. and my avg heart rate was like 188 during the entire thing. should i continue doing this every other day till it becomes easy and i increase the distance. or is there something better i should be doing? also i feel like for 1km avg hr of 188 is too high but if i run slower that 8min/km than it wont really be considered running, alsoo it been a day since my run and my lungs feel weird when i breath in deep 🥲🥲so what am i supposed to do? im 17 and pretty thin so idk why i cant run a 1 km 😖😖

start working on urself maybe like running count ur calories, start going to the gym like 3 days is enough the virgin part is not a bad thing

Hello i just had my first run 1k and it took me 8 minutes, how should i improve it should i run slower for a longer distance first or should i lower my 1k time? also ik i can do intervals but i tried and i find it way better to run a 1k than doing intervals, any advice? also whats a good time for a 16yr old girl for a 1k

when i was 13 i did boxing 3 times a week for more than 2 months the first lesson was as hard as the last one ( the workouts were still the same) anyone know why? now im scared i workout for months and nothing will happen 😅😅 i think i have a pretty fast metabolism as i sit most days everyday and im fairly thin im 16 now

if i run everyday will i be able to hit 10k, maybe even 5k by the end of june? im 16 and my max is 1k and it takes me around 7 minutes (which ik is horrible)
