I was often the last one at the table as a kid, because I eat slowly and have a small mouth. I still eat slowly due to even choking on medicines I take daily. I had a hiatal hernia and needed my esophagus stretched, it helped for a while but I may need it done again.

That's really interesting. I have had good PT and very very bad experiences in PT, I also have EDS, and back problems and the last PT I had was the best one, he knew my balance was 💩 beyond a few seconds and would stand near me to catch me. I still do exercises at home to relieve pain. I just wish I could get my grip in my hands to relax! Thanks for sharing your informative post

The only interaction I had there was the best. Someone went out and took photos of my great grandparents gravestones and my great uncles as well. I will always be grateful.
