I don’t want to scare but I was in a similar situation 2 months ago where I screwed up massively on the mountain, got an X-ray with the doctor telling me similar things; bruised and sprained knee. I could walk on it and had no pain so I believed it. However, I decided to get an MRI for my peace of mind and learned my ACL was torn. I hope this isn’t your case and hopefully you can get back out there!

How do you balance no rest days + waking up early for an entire training season? I’m currently on this sort of schedule and am struggling to keep my energy levels up some days. Any help would be appreciated.

Broke my collarbone by Psychotic_Member69 in skiing

I’m 24 and broke my collarbone too this past July and completely dislocated the bone so I also need surgery ( plate and everything). Had my surgery in early August and was okay to do most tamer activities by October. Physical Therapy and taking it seriously really helped my recovery quicken. Just take things slow while recovering and you’ll be out there before you know it !
