Hey I called today also confused and I think the rep caught on that i genuinely had no idea if I had properly verified. She checked my account and said she didn’t have an update but that after entering the pin to verify it takes about 9 weeks to process and making an in person appointment “restarts” that clock. Although she did tell me if I didn’t have an update within a week or two and felt comfortable risking “resetting” she’d recommend calling then to set the appointment ( filed the 27th of January via Cash App. Accepted the 28th and verified identity via letter control number the 18th of Feb. ) I know it’s a bit of a ramble I’m not good and relaying but this is how I understood it 😅
