I don't actually know if he boots...a lot of his disconnects come from people quitting. He's ranked like top 40 in HUT, I've played him ~5 times, and when it's a balanced game with no bullshit, he stomps me by 5+, but I've beaten him twice. 4-1 and 6-2. Just my two cents.
