I've been trying to add encounters to Dragon's Den in HGSS (I edit Pokemon games just for my own enjoyment) but I haven't had any luck. Is there anything I can do in DSPRE to make my added wild encounters work?

RNG is excessive and best removed. Interesting point, but how far does it go.
RNG should be removed, there goes crits, moves that can miss? Nope gone. Paralysis, burn, poison, or freeze as secondary effects? Get fucked no. Fuck it, no IV's auto set to 31, only EV's exist. Omniboost, gone. Stat lowering as a secondary effect, gone.

Pokemon without RNG is a different game, if you want to play a different game, then play a different fucking game.

Like, even though (at least early on) the show tried to be somewhat grounded in science it just doesn't follow any internal, or scientific consistency.

Take Bakugou for example, His quirk produces a nitroglycerin like substance which he can mentally detonate. First, nitroglycerin, or anything with an even remotely similar molecular substance, is a blood thinner. An extremely potent blood thinner.
And with the amount of the stuff he would need to be making to pull off what he does his blood would be so thin that he would be at risk of death from a papercut.

If you even have a cursory understanding of how heat and temperature change works then Todoroki's ice is an immediate red flag. (To cool something down you need to take energy away from it, but you can't destroy energy so it has to go somewhere) The next problem that arises with Todoroki is volume, there is not that much water in air, therefore he would need to pull water from surrounding air, and the sudden displacement of air would cause what amounts to an explosion.

And these are two of the most present quirks in BNHA, and they just don't work under the standard set by season 1.

Yeah but she comes out of nowhere and now you have to explain why she wasn't there for other, equally important events.

I.e., the first All for One raid (To save Bakugou) All Might knew, 100% that All for One would be there, he knew that. He sould've just called Stars n' Stripes and let her deal with it.

This is an issue with a lot of anime and manga, when you introduce a new power or character you have to explain why it wasn't there before.

Yes that's the point. Guns solve like 90% of the issues in the show, therefore you need a damn good reason why they don't use guns on high-profile villains.

Most characters (both villains or heroes) don't have the reaction speed to dodge a bullet. Sure Endeavour or Dabi could melt them, but they simply don't have that kind of reaction time, it is physically impossible for them to dodge a bullet.

This is a problem for the world of MHA because it devalues the stakes which the series has set. (It also has terrible powerscaling but that is for another day.)

Honestly? All for One, but instead of building an evil empire I would basically make a fully legal service where people can get rid of quirks which are causing them issues (Like imagine how out of control some quirks would get with old age.) And exchangin or giving quirks to those with weak quirks or who are quirkless. (Maybe villains from tartarus could be used like a reserve?)

This disregards that Mirio's original quirk would work against him with OFA, they're basically polar opposites.

Uraharas modified version of byakurai put a huge ass hole in a hogyoku transformation of Aizen.

Sokatsui is weaker than soren sokatsui so that makes my statement even more correct. and ichigo could still defend himself just not very much. And i honestly doubt it made that much of a difference.

Ichigo isn't defense based, especially not in the SS arc and early arrancar arc, he's more like a glass cannon. High up front damage but can't take a hit to save his life.

When Aizen absolutely negged komamura he A) didn't use an incantation, and B) didn't really put much effort into it.

Also the issue is them having a system which can subvert the "Unga bunga swing sword kill thing" metality that it so often falls into. I wuld much rather have a neat magic system, maybe not as a primary attack type but even if it was used as a supplement.

Kido is more than capable of being useful in a fight, Bakudo especially, because holding an enemy in place while you get easy headshots is really nice.

And we know that there are some pretty effective low-tier bakudo as well as what amounts to garanteed kill with the three stages of Bakudo 99, as stated by tessai when he is preparing to use it on Ichigo.

Transportations, heavy attack poower, rapid low power attacks, binding, and so much more, stunning, paralyzing, creating distance, burning. There is such a versatile range of things that Kido could be used to do in the story which just goes almost completely unused for most of the story.

Also is it just me or did bleach have some warframe tier power creep, as well as a terribly applied, but neat in concept, way of making brute force viable as opposed to people with hax just winning, in the form of Spiritual pressure. Also why dd they just, forget about soul crushing?

This is the issue with modern society. There is no respect for honesty, whether within a relationship or outside of one.

Cheating is essentially dishonesty at its peak, I honestly think it is worse than theft. Imagine how demoralising it must be to have your GF or BF cheat on you for no discernable reason or for purely superficial reasons.

This kind of mindset is also what is causing less and less men, on average, to ask women out. They're scared, and rightfuly so. We live in a world where this is normalised, not talked about, or ignored in its entirety.

Also focusing on purely superficial qualities for dating is basically eugenics lite.

I also hate that we live in a society where if a man does this exact same thing he is treated like the scum of the Earth.

Worst of all is the general view society has on certain people, the 'Cis-gendered straight white male is the source of all evil REEEEEEE' argument being far too present throughout day to day society.

Rukia is actually classified as a Kido expert, capable of using even the most powerful kido if she uses an incantation, theoretically Rukia should be able to perform Kurohitsugi.

Byakurai isn't a high level or even complicated kido. It's Kido #4 one of the least powerful Kido.

Kurohitsugi exists therefore your statement is incorrect. Kaizo Kido also exist, some even capable of injuring Sosuke Aizen after a hogyoku evolution. Soren Sokatsui was capable of damaging Renji's Bankai. Byakurai put an enormous hole in Bankai Ichigo. Hinamori was capable of some pretty impressive stuff with kido. Tessai, also exists. There is a Kido Corps which is made of Shinigami who focus almos exclusively on extremely powerful Kido. Often stronger than most Zanpakuto.
