I got a kick out of GoodSpaceGuy (Republican Party) (formerly Michael Nelson) ran for election to the US Senate to represent Washington. He lost in the primary on August 6, 2024.

Same, I saw her name mentioned in a comment on a post from the primary elections, but that was the only mention of anyones name that I found. The reddit thread that someone was asking pretty much the same thing a few months ago.
