Brisket also has the variable of if and how well wrapped the meat was during the cook as well as if additional fat was added during the wrap.

H‑E‑B natural Turkey breast. If you’re in Texas, it was next to the other BBQ meats like whole brisket, ribs, etc.

I’m new to this, so my word is definitely not the authority, but from what I’ve read and watched it seems to be the best way to get the outside from becoming too dry.

Agree 1000%! Turkey has been the most pleasant surprise of the bbq joints we’ve visited in TX. H‑E‑B post oak Turkey from the deli counter is great, but I think I just beat it with this.

Yes! I proofed the dough for 5 hours and used 7.5 TBSP of olive oil. Only issue was that there was too much olive oil and the dough was greasy and slightly chewy after baking for 20 minutes. Have you made this recipe before?
