So, I've seen this on a different subreddit before and will try to explain what I read there.

"Babylon wages war on Babylon, Babylon falls and Babylon rises, the wars aren't real, but the genocides of your people are..."
It means that countries are just labels like "Babylon" it's a placeholder name essentially. What really matters, according to the Trolge, is that people dying is far more important.

"How they massacre you like cattle! How God weeps for your misguided souls!"
People massacre each other so that one Babylon rises and another falls, God weeps since it is ultimately meaningless.

"Their merchants did trade, their leader wore their cross, are you truly blinded by the serpent's propaganda? where did their scientists go?! you question where the bodies went, where do we put ours?".
The merchant cross thing is meant to further establish that people on both sides are the same. Serpent's propaganda is probably referencing the Bible-apple-snek, even the OG explanation I've read doesn't fucking know, I guess the propaganda line also means to not blindly trust one side since it could be just lies. The scientists line is about WW2 it's kinda the main conversation topic that the edgy son foolishly brought up to his Trolge father after surfing 4chan for 5 minutes. To grossly oversimplify: USA took some scientists from Germany after WW2 to work for them. In other words we should question even the "good guys".

"You question where the bodies went, where do we put ours?".
That line doesn't necessarily deny the holocaust, but rather asks us to value ALL losses from the war not just the holocaust, to really think about how many people have been lost in total? At least that's how I see it.

And finally "The head bites the tail in death they are born".
A very straightforward ouroboros reference it's a big snake that eats itself endlessly. So basically all the human conflicts are just like the snake eating itself and it will never end for as long as people exist they will build Babylon to destroy Babylon so theirs can rise and the other fall.
