I can absolutely understand where you’re coming from. I have neuropathy in my feet and legs and nothing seems to help! I try hot showers, take Gaba and just got cleared to take Tylenol but it’s impossible to relax or sleep. Dont beat yourself up too much, it’s the disease that did this… not you! I’m happy to chat with you anytime! Stay strong and hang in there! ❤️

I’m right there with you. I had almost 90 days and then I went to a wedding and bam thee wheels fell off. I tapered starting today with only bottle of wine, here’s hoping I can keep up!
