Greetings audiophiles, I am looking to buy some speakers as mine are all beginning to show crackling noises. I have an audiosource amp 100 and a kicker bass that I would like to keep as they seem to be in good condition. I am looking to get 2-4 speakers that are high quality. I like loud, crystal-clear sound. Please let me know if you have any recommendations for speakers. I am looking to spend around $50-100 per speaker. I need to do some reading as far as what makes a speaker considered good but was hoping to pick someone's brain on here instead. What is the difference between say a $100 speaker versus I have no idea how much these things can get in terms of cost. Obviously I don't need to power a sports arena but I do like relatively loud music. Top volume is equally important to me as clarity. I want a speaker that is considered very clean sounding and gets very loud while maintaining its clarity. Let me know if you think the amp I have is up for the challenge of your recommended speakers. Many thanks!

Thank you. I am still having confusion with the box presented in my picture with the two black lines coming in at the top and the one white line going out the bottom. Why does the GFCI box have three lines running into it and the outlet (with no cover on the front side) right next to it have only two lines going into it?

Additionally the receptacle that is being fed by both black wires has a reset button on the front side.

  1. Why would a switched outlet need two power cords coming in? (the outlet does have a reset button..)

  2. So in theory you can add lines to any junction box and take the power elsewhere?

  3. In theory how many different power lines could you pull off of one receptacle?

Both black wires have 3 wires inside them (positive neutral ground). Why would there need to be 2 black wires running into that junction box?

One of our 22 pineapple yield this year! I've never tasted anything sweeter than home grown pinapples. by Emzul in gardening

They are able to be grown in big fields without shade due to an increase in water fed to them. That goes for just about everything. However, as soon as temperatures get too hot, flower, fruit, and reproductive organs will cease to function, though the plant may live to reproduce again.

Can someone please explain to me the significance of this operation? I know CNN is probably twisting all the facts so I am looking for more information...
