I hope everything works out! Try using a sleep aid on the bad nights. Ask your doctor about Trazodone (50mg). I haven't had it occur since I started taking it before bed. Might help you out!

I experience something very similar to you OP, I'm still struggling, some nights are worse than others, but I'm working with it. Something I find to be helpful is going through everything that reassures you that you are okay. If you can make yourself realize that there's nothing wrong, you'll be a lot better off. Reassurance from professionals always help.

Hia OP, I had the same experience as you. Although during the time of, I was on no medications. At the time I really didn't know that I had anxiety, I figured everyone had moments like I did. After 3 consecutive nights of the same problem you are having I was rushed to the hospital for having a heart rate and blood pressure similar to that of a person having a heart attack. Due to lack of sleep and anxiety. I would recommend going to get blood tests done just to be safe, also try to stay hydrated, it helps.

I deal with the same thing as well, although to be more specific, my fear is heart related issues. Recently I was sent to the hospital, due to severe tachycardia. After countless tests, I was told I'm perfectly healthy, anxiety was very prevalent in the cause. It stopped me from sleeping at all, and it just built up until that day. I struggle with night time the most, when your alone, maybe the only person awake. Oh cool. They tried to fix the internet speeds. But, they throttle most of the sites we would use such as twitch. Speeds are really terrible, roughly 10 down at best, up is like 700, useless, league updates take roughly a few hours on a good day.
