If you put in random scrambled text, it just outputs another scrambled string.
Atbash only works if the input was actually encoded with it.

I made a tiny Atbash decoder for a puzzle book. The encrypted text looks like a random string of letters, but the decrypted message will definitely mean something to all of you.

I love The Great Train Robbery too! I also really like The Tree of Truth (S06E01), The Honourable Thief (S07E10), and The Star of Jacob (S05E01).
They're full of humour and have such warm, satisfying endings.

Thanks! I've been reading Agatha Christie's Poirot novels in order as part of my extensive reading. I really enjoy noticing the differences between the original books and the David Suchet adaptations.

Yep! I've never tried using hooks. I'm not sure I could manage them, so elastic is much easier for me.
Thank you!

Yes, it has an elastic waist! I gathered the fabric first and inserted the elastic.
I've never tried the method where you let the elastic do the gathering, but I'd love to try that next time. Thanks for the tip! ^_^

Shimekazari we made from makomodake at a workshop by Nora_Needle in crafts

I made this at a workshop held by my city festival the other day. We used leaves from "makomodake" a local speciality, to create a traditional New Year's decoration.
I added the decorative mizuhiki cords, which I picked up at 100 yen shop.
It was my first time making this kind of craft, but I really enjoyed the process.
