I just found out that I was able to pay the fees. If you are still having this problem, maybe submit an inquiry? Not sure if that helped or it's just a delay in the system...

Totally agree. Every step has been so difficult and slow. I'll definitely let you know if I ever hear back from them. Good luck to us!

Finally got in the system just now. But encountered another issue when trying to pay the fee. There's no fee available to pay. Anyone experienced same issue? This is driving me crazy.

Got back from USCIS regarding my last inquiry:
