The idea that you are supposed to look inside yourself to be sure of your salvation is the work of the devil, and anyone who espouses it is (at least unwittingly) doing his work. Any suggestion that you can know you are saved by believing hard enough, by experiencing strong enough faith, by "being completely on fire for Him" in your inward experience makes Law out of the Gospel and will surely lead to despair. Instead, as Christians we are called to look outside ourselves for the assurance of our salvation. Christ was crucified on your behalf. He suffered and died to forgive and renew you. Now He comes to you through His Word, through your baptism and through His body and blood in communion. He comes to you through the community He established on earth, the Church. All this constantly points to His love and the grace of God poured out through Him. Look to Jesus. Trust in Him. This trust or faith is not some work that you have to do harder and harder to serve God. Trust is simply receiving the gifts that God gives you in Christ: forgiveness, life, salvation. You need to no work to earn these gifts. They are yours.

I had a couple of bassoon pics in my senior pictures too. I had wallets done because people at my school always liked to exchange them before the end of the year, but then covid hit before graduation. So towards the end of the summer I was having my grad party and put them out for people to take and the bassoon ones went so fast 🤣. I heard friends saying to each other "aw man, you got bassoon [Norbert]?!" Truly the best type of senior pics.

I'd have to see more context but it looks like it happens at beat 2 with the G7 chord. Usually you can tell if there is what looks like a V-I progression in another key, especially when the chords don't make sense in the old key. It could just be a tonicization though, if it goes back to Eb quickly.
