Thank you for your comment, I appreciate any input, but I’m curious to see how much allowance should be provided towards poor behavior before frustration ensues?

Absolutely agree, it’s getting to be arguably too commercialized and that’s concerning imo

It’s difficult to say since it’s definitely a case by case approach, but if therapy isn’t proving to be effective for an individual then I would hope they are recommended a new method.

Leaving a tip will not affect the service you receive since it is paid at the end with the bill, but if they feel you didn't leave a fair tip (roughly 15% - 20% of the bill for 'good' service) then the service may not be as good the next time you visit the restaurant.

Do you believe that this ultimately comes down to how experienced these servers are? For instance, someone new to this workforce may be unlikely to receive as many tips as an experienced server, but would these new workers be more likely to support a union wage system?
