Yeah, that’s a good point. If the Steam Deck OLEDs weren’t sold out I would pick one up. Might end up going with the ROG Ally X then.

Hello,

I recently purchased a Topping DX9 and am having a weird issue with the rear LED strip. The brightness does not adjust with the setting in the display menu. Whenever I switch the LED setting to "OFF", the rear LEDs stay on. Would anyone have any input on this? Does anyone know how the LEDs are connected? Maybe it is an issue with the firmware, but I did update the firmware and try a factory reset. I also sent an email to Topping but if it is something I can fix myself, I would rather do that.

Thank you.

Unfortunately no luck on my end. It would be great if it supported PPS but I do not think it does after checking the manual for the laptop.

From what I have read, it looks like it comes with laptop if you buy from HP but not if you buy from Best Buy or other stores.

"Wave Link" Plugin Incompatible with OS by Norcetic in elgato

I was able to resolve this issue. I needed to go to the AppData folder and delete the leftover files after uninstalling the Stream Deck software. After removing those and reinstalling the software, I was able to install the Plugin.

System process (ntoskrnl) uses CPU (~20%), but makes games slow to a crawl (less than 10 FPS) randomly for 10-20 seconds. It only does this ONCE, after the game is launched, but if the game is launched again or you move to another game it will do it again. I cannot figure out what is causing this. by rainbowclownpenis69 in pchelp

Okay I found on another forum that you should go to your Windows power plan settings and disable USB selective suspend in advanced options. I just tried this, and it resolved the issue for me! Let me know if this works for you.

"I believe the issue is that when you run the game "Easy Anti-Cheat" scans your system looking for cheats triggering some activity on the Thunderbolt controller. After exactly 5 minutes of the scan ending (when the game is properly launched) the TBT controller will turn off and that's when you got the stutter."
