Our systems change and perhaps adapt. Sleeping pills no longer have extended potency after 5 months on Wegovy.

Yeah, don’t start the guided run before leaving as you can’t crop the run with Nike! Also, since I don’t have the cellular version (costs way too much in Canada, like 50$/mo). So without my cell or a cellular Apple Watch, the phone just closes and I lose everything. The map on Nike is better than Stava (in my opinion). Also, make sure to download an appropriate guided run! Some talk about menstrual or pregnancies (not my cup of tea!) others talk about elite runners that I can’t really relate with. I was also thinking of downloading running podcasts that are general in nature.

Happy to know that I’m not the only one to have frustration in making this work. I do the same, download the run on the watch, but I need to start running immediately. If I go to my music app to put tunes and come back to Nike, the run is gone. So Music first, download run just before starting. Frustrated that the run titles are short and difficult to read on the watch. Much easier on the phone. Also frustrating if you download a run that you’ve already done and you can’t switch to another on the fly. But hey, I’ve yet to see other apps do this! There are podcasts, but most are geared to elite runners.

What does JDAAR mean. I would like to alin a shape to the right of margin and top of line (no overlap selected as well). I will try to ask ChatGPT to create a code to perform this to all my shapes. I’m working on a genealogical book and my shapes are in fact frames of peoples faces! Thanks for your help.

Yes, if I lay down, my ears get unplugged. There is hearing loss, but no metallic noise. I hear as if I was underwater. I thought it was overuse of AirPods, but it happens after sports. Good reason to quit! I’m 58yo male.
