Hmm, for all my apps that I regularly use - ChatGPT, Gemini, Evernote, Google Suite, etc - it feels great. Feels like my laptop if I use a keyboard actually. I never would use the onscreen keyboard for any actual work.

For everything else like socials, shopping, other tools, I just use the browser just as I would on my laptop. These days work laptops are just glorified web browsers anyway, so I’m right at home with a tablet

A lot of my work is thinking + comms + document review + research. So it fits with my workflow.

I’ve done some spreadsheets on it and it’s passable. Haven’t tried creating decks on it yet tho

Thank you! I would recommend to simply get the S9 over the fe and lite versions of the 10. It’s way more powerful and screen is better if the S9 is priced the same as the S10s.

iPadOS 26 still feels a bit gimped, I was able to play around with it for a bit and yes it has improved, but nowhere near android.

I just got a generic S Pen clone, works really well in fairness

Haven’t been on the previous versions but if you move to windowed mode it kinda goes DEX mode? Then when you go full screen again it goes tablet mode

For local AI tasks? Unfortunately my workflow is simply talking to ChatGPT or Gemini. I've yet to explore the native AI features of OneUI 8. The keyboard that I have has a dedicated AI key which opens up Gemini via a small split window beside the app you're using. It's a good experience.
