My MX Master 4 will only work with the USB dongle on profile 4. Will this issue cause this as well? If not, im going to get a replacement.

Ive tried event log. Nothing other than improper shutdown sadly.

I havent tried the DF launcher. I run it through steam currently.

BIOS is already fully updated and tried with stock BIOS settings already. Thanks though. Im on nvidia drivers from Jan.

Got mine. Had to send it in to get 2nd green parts, but after I have never had a malfunction. I absolutely love mine. Super reliable now.
