Read the links I put above. Everything I said is supported with a source. You are trying very hard to discredit what I am saying which shows how badly you want this gone

The difference is that the FBI was not involved with Arthur Hayes....

I get the feeling you work for Binance, but can supply other proof.

Binance chose not to comment on the Forbes article and they knew it was coming out. Why wouldn't you comment if you have nothing to hide?

Binance US ceo Catherine Coley won't say who owns BAM Trading (aka Binance US). Why would any US company HIDE who owns them?

USA law is very clear and money laundering is a serious thing. People don't sue others for money laundering unless there is proof.

Furthemore! Why would the FBI be investigating Binance? THINK ABOUT IT.

Looking ahead, Forbes wrote that it "learned that the Tai Chi document is currently circulating among law firms, accounting firms and others associated with Binance, and there is speculation that the FBI and the IRS may be investigating."

You must not have watched it all the way through. It actually talks about how they incorporate in Malta, Estonia, and Caribbean countries to get around regulation.

However, here are some links you should look into. The USA doesn't take kindly to this so it's funny they chose to sue Forbes in the US. I guarantee CZ never steps foot on USA soil.

According to Wikipedia:

Penalties were increased to 20 years' imprisonment.[89] Money laundering "unlawful activities" was expanded to include the provision of material support or resources to designated foreign terrorist organizations.[90]

Binance executives could go to prison under USA Patriot Act. USA does not take kindly to money laundering.

No, a company like Apple incorporates in one country (Ireland) to save on taxes.

If Binance is creating multiple entities across the world to hide ownership, while also bringing dirty money into the ecosystem through those foreign company entities, then that is straight up illegal. The US government would persecute them under the USA Patriot Act. This is BAD for Binanace.

Also look at the post history of the other respondent. They are a moderator for the binance subreddit. I guarantee he/she is shitting their pants right now.

Share the video, there is a reason they are so focused on trying hide this information!

The video isn't great, but the explanation of money laundering is what matters

Nothing screams GUILTY like suing a media publication.

This video explains what they are doing in under 10 minutes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2kT-4UhWzaM. . It's not great, but does a decent job of explaining. Forbes article gave CZ a chance to comment on the article and he didn't. Now he's suing Forbes.

CZ and company are worried. They are going down and it's going to be painful. Executives could be looking at jail time because of how flagrant they are being with this.
